Key responsibilities

• Register and assist patients with appointments and clinic procedures.
• Manage patient registration, records, and basic administrative tasks.
• Assist doctors and nurses during consultations and minor procedures.
• Prepare consultation rooms and ensure they are clean, organised, and properly stocked.
• Take and record patients' basic vital signs when required.
• Handle clinic payments, receipts, and basic cashier duties.
• Manage phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and appointment bookings.
• Assist with medication dispensing and preparation as directed by the doctor, where applicable.
• Monitor and replenish medical and clinic supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and infection-control standards.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
