Full Time Regional Sales Manager Jobs, Salary up to SGD 6,000 in VIKCONNECT PTE. LTD. Islandwide (Singapore) - Maukerja

Responsibilities

• Identify, position, and champion company’s value proposition to prospective customers to drive sales growth
• Develop and implement business strategies for core activities to increase market awareness and share
• Drive initiatives and strategies to achieve assigned business objectives and revenue targets
• Identify, review, and establish partnership arrangements with key vendors to support business growth
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships at all organizational levels to enhance customer loyalty
• Develop existing business and create new business portfolios aligned with set objectives
• Assist in annual budgeting and monitor performance of core business activities
• Conduct face-to-face and remote sales engagements with new and existing customers to meet sales targets
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products, services, and solutions to maximize customer satisfaction
• Plan, develop, and execute marketing strategies for products, services, and associated brands to drive demand
• Evaluate and manage product/brand profit and loss, including budgeting, expenditures, profitability, and ROI
• Provide customer service and support by addressing product, pricing, billing, shipping, delivery, and complaint issues

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or Degree in a related discipline
• Minimum 8 years of experience selling and developing solution/system integration business portfolios
• Experience with government tenders and bids, essential for this role
• Proven problem-solving skills in sales environments, including qualifying and closing deals
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Regional experience in Southeast Asia (Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Bangladesh)
• Experience working with government and/or financial services industry (FSI) clients
• Domain knowledge in Biometrics, Identity Management, and Public Safety and Security
• Behavioral skills: result-oriented, team player, self-motivated, organized, and able to work under pressure
