1. Supervise a team of EA operational staff, allocate daily tasks, monitor work progress and review deliverables related to work‑pass applications, worker deployment and client coordination.

2. Oversee compliance with MOM EA regulatory requirements, check documentation accuracy, ensure all agency procedures follow EA licence conditions.

3. Review case files, identify operational risks, provide guidance to team members on complex work‑pass and employment‑related matters.

4. Conduct regular performance check‑ins, coach team members, arrange internal training to improve service quality and regulatory awareness.

5. Prepare operational reports for senior management, analyse workflow bottlenecks and propose process‑improvement measures.

6. Handle escalated complex client and worker enquiries, resolve operational issues and maintain service standards.
