Full Time Logistic Coordinator(Fresh School Leaver) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,500 in VIVIDCOLOURS SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

In view of our expansion in import & export trade business, we are cordially looking for the followings to be filled as soon as possible at our office at Kota Damansara/Sg Buloh. Responsibilities

• Obtain and process product incoterm for import transactions with shippers.
• Receive, register and distributing shipping documents within the company.
• Schedule shipments plan and logistics arrangement to ensure that sufficient storage space and time for incoming items.
• Maintain the company warehouse through organizing, spacing, and distribution items.
• Assist to perform monthly stock check physical vs digital balance.
• Ensure sufficient manpower on hand can manage all local distributions.
• Archieve files of goods shipping document and received.
• Print shipping documents and receiving reports for managers
• Handle issues arising in shipping from forwarder agents.

Qulifications

• SPM or Cert in Related Discipline
• Some knowledge in handling direct import from CHINA
• Posses Own Transport
• Can start work in short notices
• Based at Kota Damansara/Sg Buloh

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
