Responsibilities
Deliver excellent customer service to all guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
Handle reservations and identify the purpose of guests’ visits.
Greet guests promptly and courteously with a warm smile and professional body language.
Present menus, highlight promotions or specials, and make suitable recommendations to enhance guest satisfaction.
Take and repeat orders accurately, informing guests of the estimated serving time.
Input orders efficiently into the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately according to guests’ orders.
Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain smooth table turnover during different meal periods.
Process payments and check bills promptly and accurately.
Maintain overall cleanliness and organization of the outlet.
Support the Manager in planning and organizing special events and promotions.
Monitor and maintain food and beverage inventory levels to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Adhere to all Food & Beverage Safety and Hygiene standards and procedures.
Handle guest feedback professionally and escalate complaints to the Manager when necessary.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager or Supervisor.
Other ad-hoc duties may be assigned by the Manager as required.
