JOB DESCRIPTION

:

The ideal candidate will be responsible, supporting to Project departments overall admin works including the ERP system usage. You will play a crucial role in driving our operational efficiency and supporting to project teams members. Your expertise will be essential and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

JOB SCOPE / RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Raise thru the ERP system in project departments, including purchase requisitioning, ordering, and receiving goods and services in office/warehouse and other related documents, including liaise with procurement/finance department for next procedure.
• Initiate delivery or shipment of parts and controlling and monitoring all parts related activities and site Stocks.
• To develop, manage and maintain strong relationship with project team members.
• Maintain basic competency working with integrated data systems, Microsoft Office, Power Point and Excel (i.e., spreadsheets, formulas, importing and exporting of files, as applicable) as required.
• To support project team – low level staff, attendance or overtime thru ERP systems.
• Oversee office admin works, daily activities and cleanliness.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties from top management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Min 1 year of related experience.
• Independent Individual with a drive to make things work.
• Highly adaptable, Self-motivated individual and willing to learn.
• Committed and have a positive work attitude.
• Proficiency with MS Office (word, excel, PowerPoint).
