Job Description

Responsibilities

About the role Ottodot is hiring temporary booth crew to run our activity at the Digital for Life Festival 2026, VivoCity, 24-25 Oct 2026. This is a brand-ambassador role, not a sales role - you'll be the face of Ottodot to thousands of families over the weekend. About Ottodot Ottodot ("The Thinking School") runs live online Math and Science classes for Primary 1-6 students in Singapore, aligned to the MOE syllabus and delivered through a Roblox/Godot-integrated platform. We're VC-backed, partnered with IMDA, Temasek Foundation and Roblox, and have been featured in CNA, The Straits Times and MoneyFM 89.3. What you'll do Welcome families to the Ottodot booth and introduce who we are in one friendly sentence. Facilitate "Digital Detective," our parent-child online-safety game, on iPads/touchscreen - guide players through quickly so more families get a turn. Share our QR code (Roblox parental-controls guide) and invite families to take the printed takeaway. Answer simple questions about what Ottodot offers; for anyone genuinely interested in enrolling, point them to a sign-up QR rather than pitching on the spot. Help capture photos/video of the booth in action for Ottodot's own social channels. Keep the booth tidy, stocked, and welcoming throughout your shift. What we're looking for Comfortable talking to strangers, especially parents and children, in a warm and energetic way. Reliable and punctual - able to commit to a full shift on 24 and/or 25 Oct 2026. No specific experience required; training is provided before the event. Shift details Location: VivoCity, Singapore. Dates: Saturday 24 Oct and Sunday 25 Oct 2026 (able to commit to one or both days). Hours: festival runs 10:00am-10:00pm; shifts will be split across the day (exact shift times to be confirmed). Pay: $18/hour. Training: a short briefing and dry run before the event (date TBC, before 24 Oct).

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 per week

Work Location: In person
