Full Time Site Supervisor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,800 in INGENIIS ENTERPRISE Pahang - Maukerja

Job Role/Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor daily construction site activities.
• Ensure construction works are carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor workers, subcontractors, materials and equipment at the site.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to schedule.
• Report site progress, delays and issues to the Project Engineer and Manager.
• Prepare daily site reports and progress photographs.
• Ensure construction work meets the required quality standards.
• Ensure workers comply with site safety rules and wear appropriate PPE.
• Monitor material usage and minimise wastage.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager, technical team, consultants and subcontractors.
• Identify site problems and assist in implementing corrective actions.
• Maintain proper site records, including work progress, manpower and material deliveries.
• Ensure the construction site is clean, organised and safe.
• Perform other duties assigned by the management from time to time.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction or a related field.
• Previous experience of 1- 2 years in construction site supervision is an advantage.
• Able to read and understand construction drawings.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage site activities.
• Willing to travel and work at project sites as required.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kuantan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Site Engineer: 1 year (Preferred)
