Role Purpose
We’re looking for an Integrated Campaign Assistant Manager/Lead who can turn a business priority into a campaign people actually remember.
At PU Prime, you’ll work on some of our biggest brand and product moments from new product launches and app campaigns to brand films, sponsorships, partnerships, seasonal moments and regional campaigns.
You’ll be the campaign owner: shaping the strategy, finding the big idea, bringing the right teams together, and driving the campaign from brief through launch, optimization and learning.
You’ll sit at the intersection of strategy, creativity and execution. You should be comfortable moving between a strategy discussion with senior management, a creative review with an agency, a production timeline with external partners and a campaign performance report.
This is not a role for someone who only writes briefs or manages timelines.
We want someone who can think, challenge, build and make things happen.
Key Responsibilities
1. Integrated Campaign Strategy & Planning
- Lead end-to-end integrated campaign strategy for product launches, brand initiatives, partnerships, sponsorships and regional campaigns.
- Translate business objectives and audience insights into compelling campaign concepts, messaging frameworks and activation plans.
- Develop campaign briefs and integrated strategies that align brand objectives with commercial outcomes.
- Plan campaign activities across pre-launch, launch and post-launch phases to maximize impact.
- Drive marketing activation of brand-owned initiatives, including Dream Fund (ESG), awards and strategic sponsorships.
2. Campaign Development & Execution
- Own campaign development from concept to launch, ensuring timely and effective execution.
- Translate campaign strategies into clear creative briefs, deliverables and actionable execution plans.
- Coordinate integrated activations across owned, earned and paid media channels.
- Manage campaign timelines, budgets, resources and production deliverables.
- Ensure consistent messaging, creative direction and brand experience across channels and markets.
3. Cross-Functional Campaign Leadership
- Act as the central campaign lead, aligning Brand, Creative, Content, Social, KOL, PR, Performance Marketing, Product, Sales/BD and Regional Marketing teams.
- Establish clear responsibilities, timelines and deliverables across stakeholders.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration, resolve execution challenges and ensure campaign alignment.
- Present campaign strategies, creative recommendations and performance insights to senior management.
- Manage multiple campaigns, stakeholders and external partners effectively.
4. Creative Direction & Production
- Develop and evaluate campaign concepts, creative territories and storytelling approaches.
- Provide strategic creative direction and constructive feedback to internal teams and external agencies.
- Oversee creative and production partners, ensuring quality, brand consistency and timely delivery.
- Identify opportunities to adapt, localize and maximize campaign assets across channels and markets.
5. Campaign Performance & Optimization
- Define campaign KPIs aligned with brand and business objectives.
- Collaborate with Performance Marketing and relevant teams to monitor campaign effectiveness.
- Analyze campaign results and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Translate performance insights into actionable recommendations for future campaigns.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in integrated marketing, brand, advertising, digital marketing, product marketing or related fields.
- Strategic and execution-oriented, with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable campaign strategies and deliver results.
- Strong creative judgement, with the ability to develop, evaluate and refine compelling campaign ideas.
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex products and propositions into clear, engaging customer messages.
- Strong customer and product understanding, with the ability to connect customer needs, product value and marketing opportunities.
- Proactive and highly accountable, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to drive initiatives independently from concept to completion.
- Adaptable and resourceful, comfortable navigating ambiguity, solving problems and building processes in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across creative, marketing and commercial teams.
- Experience in fintech, trading, financial services, technology is an advantage, but strong campaign thinking and execution capabilities are prioritized.

- Become a trusted campaign partner to the Brand Manager and wider marketing team.
