What You'll Do

• Be deployed to shopping malls, MRT stations, supermarkets, workshops and roadshow events based on roster arrangements.
• Proactively approach and engage members of the public.
• Understand prospects' career aspirations, concerns and upskilling needs.
• Share factual insights on recent AI developments, the current job landscape and the growing importance of professional certifications.
• Introduce Skills Development Academy and our courses based on the individual's learning and career objectives.
• Help prospects understand how certifications and continuous learning can support their employability and career development.
• Assist prospects with government funding eligibility checks, ensuring accurate grant calculations and correct application of SkillsFuture Credit, where applicable.
• Follow through with interested prospects and take ownership of your individual sales performance.
