Must be a Malaysian citizen.

Able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, according to the assigned roster.

Responsible, punctual, well-groomed, and able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Able to communicate politely with customers and work effectively as part of a team.

Willing to work in a non-halal Chinese hotpot restaurant environment.

Previous experience in beverage preparation, bars, cafés, or restaurants is an advantage but not essential.

Able to follow recipes accurately and maintain consistent beverage quality during peak hours.

Responsible for maintaining cleanliness, managing stock, and ensuring proper care of equipment.

Prepare beverages according to the menu, recipes, standard portions, and presentation requirements.

Verify beverage orders and ensure the correct drinks are delivered to the designated tables.

Prepare ingredients and replenish ice, cups, garnishes, and other supplies as needed.

Clean and sanitise the beverage preparation area, tools, and equipment throughout each shift.

Monitor inventory levels and notify the supervisor when supplies are running low.

Comply with established food safety, hygiene, and equipment-handling procedures.
