• Minimum 1–2 years of supervisory experience in the Food & Beverage industry.

• Good leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.

• Basic knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory control, and food safety.

• Assist the Outlet Manager in overseeing daily outlet operations.

• Supervise and coordinate outlet staff to ensure smooth operations.

• Arrange staff work schedules and monitor attendance and performance.

• Ensure food quality, freshness, presentation, and service meet company standards.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times.

• Monitor stock levels, inventory, and wastage.

• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer feedback or complaints.

• Ensure staff comply with company SOPs and operational procedures.

• Assist in staff training and guide new employees.

• Report daily operational issues and outlet performance to the Outlet Manager.
