Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in Subang Jaya. This position supports daily sales activities such as engaging with potential customers, explaining product offerings, and gathering feedback from machine locations. The intern assists the marketing team in planning and executing campaigns, managing social media content, and supporting promotional events to increase brand awareness and usage. Tasks also include tracking basic sales and marketing metrics, preparing simple reports, and helping improve customer experiences at various deployment sites. The role offers hands-on exposure to both sales operations and marketing initiatives within a fast-growing coffee technology company.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear speaking, active listening, and the ability to present ideas to diverse audiences.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve minor issues, and ensure a positive experience at Otter Barista locations.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills to engage prospects, promote offerings, and support basic sales activities and follow-ups.
• Candidates should possess Training and Sales Management-related skills, such as assisting with onboarding of new team members or partners and supporting simple sales coordination tasks.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include interest in marketing and branding, basic social media or digital marketing familiarity, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively on-site in Subang Jaya.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
