Responsibilities

JOB SCOPES:
1. Process and manage daily orders received through various e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfilment.
2. Assist the E-commerce Manager with daily e-commerce operations, administrative tasks and other assigned duties.
3. Monitor daily sales performance and assist in achieving the company's e-commerce sales targets.
4. Coordinate with the packing team to ensure orders are properly packed and ready for courier collection on time.
5. Monitor order and delivery status, following up promptly on pending orders, delays and delivery issues.
6. Create, update and maintain product listings on e-commerce platforms, including product descriptions, pricing and images.
7. Update product stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records across the platforms.
8. Handle customer enquiries through platform chat, email and phone in a timely and professional manner.
9. Assist with customer returns, refunds exchanges and other basic customer service matters.
10. Prepare, compile and organise administrative documents for the invoicing and accounting teams.
11. Monitor and replenish packing materials and other daily operational supplies when necessary.
12. Provide support for packing operations when required, including product packing, labelling, checking batch numbers and expiry dates, and preparing parcels for shipment.
13. Perform other ad-hoc administrative and operational duties as assigned.
14. Comply with all company policies, safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Able to communicate effectively in English.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage daily tasks efficiently.
- Willing to assist with packing and operational duties when required.
- Prior experience in e-commerce platforms or online order processing will be an advantage.
DETAILS:
- Working days: 5 days (Monday - Friday)
- Working Hours: 7.45am – 5.30pm
- Work Location: Ang Mo Kio
- Salary Range: $1,840 – $2,300 per month
