We are looking for an experienced, responsible, and compassionate Clinic Assistant who can support our daily clinic operations while ensuring a positive experience for our young patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, billing, and daily administrative tasks.
• Assist paediatricians with routine clinical procedures and patient care (training will be provided).
• Prepare and dispense prescribed medications accurately while maintaining medication and inventory records.
• Ensure the clinic remains clean, organised, safe, and comfortable for children and parents.
• Communicate professionally with patients and families, providing friendly and attentive customer service.

Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of working experience in a clinic or healthcare setting.
• Comfortable interacting with babies, young children, and their parents.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Responsible, punctual, organised, and attentive to detail.
• Able to multitask, manage busy clinic environments, and work effectively under pressure.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
