Job Overview

We are looking for a Purchase Order Coordinator to arrange and process customer orders accurately and efficiently while providing administrative and operational support to the sales team.

Job Responsibilities

• Arrange and process customer orders in a proper and organised manner.

• Process customer orders and provide support to sales team members.

• Arrange and check customer orders daily.

• Coordinate internal and external shipments and deliveries.

• Process Sales Orders and Delivery Orders, and prepare invoices and e-invoices.

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:40 AM – 5:30 PM
