Job description

• Welcome and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner.
• Register patients and manage appointments efficiently.
• Handle patient enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, or in person.
• Assist doctors and medical staff during consultations and basic procedures.
• Prepare consultation rooms, medical supplies, and equipment.
• Perform basic clinic administrative and documentation tasks.
• Handle payments, billing, and basic cashier duties.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure patient information is kept confidential.
• Ensure the clinic is clean, organised, and comfortable for patients.
• Make sure age 18 years old to 39 years old.
