Full Time Finance Manager-Assistant Manager*** Jobs, Salary up to SGD 5,500 in ETHOS SEARCH ASSOCIATES PTE. LTD. Islandwide (Singapore) - Maukerja

This will be a 10-months contract position (with possibility of conversion) based in Jurong West.

Responsibilities

• Budget planning, tracking and reporting.
• Setting up and documenting finance, budget management and reporting processes.
• Oversee expenditure, commitments, forecasts and budget utilization
• Prepare updates for management.
• Grant administration, project budgeting, procurement and related financial documentation.
• Coordinate budget submissions, claims, purchase requests and financial reporting.
• Prepare and maintain finance dashboards, trackers and operating procedures.
• Other related finance and operational duties.

Requirements

• Minimum diploma in finance, accounting, business or a related discipline.
• Experience in finance, budgeting, grants administration or operations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Analytical, good coordination and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Independent worker with ability to manage multiple deadlines.
