About the Role – Parts & Warranty Executive

Join our ZEEKR | Preeminent Auto Aftersales team as a Parts & Warranty Executive, you will be responsible for manage spare parts inventory, coordinate parts supply, and handle warranty claim processing.

The role also involves maintaining accurate stock records, ensuring timely parts availability for service and repair operations, processing warranty claims in accordance with manufacturer guidelines, and maintaining proper documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Parts Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate inventory records for spare parts and accessories.
• Monitor stock levels and reorder parts to ensure adequate inventory for service operations.
• Conduct regular stock checks and assist in inventory audits.
• Ensure proper storage and organization of parts to prevent damage or loss.

2. Parts Coordination & Supply

• Coordinate with Service Advisors and technicians to ensure timely availability of required parts.
• Prepare and issue parts for service and repair orders.
• Track backorders and follow up with suppliers or distributor to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure accurate parts documentation for each repair order.

3. Warranty Claim Processing

• Prepare and submit warranty claims according to manufacturer guidelines.
• Verify warranty eligibility for parts and repair work.
• Maintain proper documentation for warranty submissions and approvals.
• Follow up on warranty claim status and ensure timely reimbursement.

4. Documentation & System Management

• Maintain accurate records of parts transactions, warranty claims, and inventory movement in the system.
• Ensure all documentation complies with dealership and manufacturer policies.
• Prepare reports related to parts usage, stock levels, and warranty claims.

5. Coordination with Aftersales Team

• Work closely with Service Advisors, technicians, and the Service Manager to support smooth service operations.
• Assist in identifying frequently used parts and recommending stock improvements.
• Support parts ordering for service campaigns or recall programs when required.

Qualifications & Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in automotive parts, warranty administration, or aftersales operations preferred.
