Responsibilities
Key responsibilities
Delivered exceptional customer service and provided product recommendations to enhance the customer shopping experience.
Supported the execution of promotional campaigns and drove boutique sales performance.
Assisted customers with product enquiries and purchase decisions.
Performed cashiering duties and maintained accurate records of sales transactions and inventory balances.
Monitored inventory levels, coordinated stock replenishment, and ensured product availability.
Managed customer reservations and provided timely updates on order status.
Conducted monthly stock counts to ensure inventory accuracy and accountability.
Collaborated closely with customer service and sales teams to enhance overall customer satisfaction and service standards.
Requirements:
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels and above with preferably at least 2 years of retail service experience
Demonstrate good communication skills with excellent customer service attitude
