Full Time Senior Sous Chef Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,800 in KOMMUNITY PTE. LTD. Islandwide (Singapore) - Maukerja

What you’ll do

• Prepare, cook and plate dishes to recipe and quality standards
• Lead the kitchen when the Head Chef is off
• Train and supervise junior kitchen staff
• Check portioning, timing and presentation on every dish
• Help develop recipes and seasonal menu items
• Order, receive and rotate stock (FIFO), and keep wastage down
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe and compliant with SFA food safety standards
• Report equipment faults to management
• Support bulk orders, special orders and events

What we’re looking for

• At least 3 years of kitchen experience, including 1 year as Chef de Partie or Sous Chef
• Able to lead a team during busy service
• Experience with stock ordering and food cost control
• WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1 (or willing to obtain it)
