Full Time M-E Coordinator - Kallang Sector Jobs, Salary up to SGD 5,000 in IET PTE. LTD. North-east Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Scope:

1. Coordinate mechanical and electrical (M&E) works according to project specifications and drawings.

2. Liaise with contractors, consultants, clients, and project teams.

3. Monitor site progress to ensure works are completed on schedule.

4. Review M&E drawings and coordinate with other trades to resolve clashes.

5. Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

6. Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning of M&E systems.

7. Attend site meetings and prepare progress reports and documentation.

8. Identify site issues, coordinate corrective actions, and ensure timely completion of works.

Requirements:

• Minimum BCA Specialist Diploma in M&E Coordination.

• Experience handling HDB BTO projects from commencement to final handover.

• Good knowledge of M&E systems, construction drawings, and site coordination.

• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
