Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide excellent before and after sales service to meet customers’ needs and satisfaction
Recommend appropriate products based on the customers’ requirements
Provide correct and up-to-date product information for the customers
Process with sales order and payment
Update office with new order and installation as per customers' preferred date
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Work in different location for road show.
6 day work week, able to work on weekends & public holidays
Possess Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and basic computer skills
Excel in a fast-paced and stressful environment
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Outgoing, positive attitude and willingness to learn
Retail sales background will be an advantage
On-the-Job training will be provided
Monthly Salary Range:
$2,200 - 3,000 (Full Time), $11-$13/hour (Part Time)
Working Hours:
11am – 8pm
