About the role

LyfeGo is expanding its pool of trainers and facilitators for growing corporate events and team programmes in Singapore. You will work with schools and organisations to deliver leadership, communications, and lifeskills workshops. You will be confident not only in teaching soft skills, but also in creating an enjoyable and well-managed experience for participants.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct workshops, camps, and activities given the materials and programme outline
• Manage groups, explain activities clearly, and maintain participant engagement
• Support event flow, safety, equipment setup, and programme operations
• Work alongside LyfeGo facilitators and event leads for larger-scale programmes

About you

• Experience in stand-up trainings or camp/workshop facilitation preferred
• [MUST HAVE] MOE IRS (*************) registered - or willing to register now (free)
• First Aid certifications preferred
• Facilitation, Coaching, Training, DISC, Leadership ACLP Certifications are helpful but not required
