Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain reusable and modular frontend components using ReactJS and modern web technologies.

• Translate business requirements, UI/UX designs, and technical specifications into functional web applications.

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, backend developers, and other stakeholders to deliver effective frontend solutions.

• Establish and follow frontend development standards, coding best practices, and architectural guidelines.

• Develop and maintain unit tests, integration tests, and UI tests to ensure application quality and reliability.

• Build responsive, accessible, and visually appealing user interfaces across different devices and platforms.

• Support the development of Progressive Web Applications (PWAs), hybrid applications, or native application interfaces where required.

• Manage frontend dependencies and contribute to npm package development and publishing.

• Identify and resolve technical issues, optimize application performance, and ensure cross-browser compatibility.

• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

• Hands-on experience with ReactJS or other modern frontend frameworks such as Angular or VueJS.

• Good understanding of component-based architecture, reusable UI development, and frontend design principles.

• Experience with UI testing frameworks and frontend testing practices.

• Familiarity with npm package management and publishing.

• Experience in developing responsive, accessible interfaces that support screen readers and assistive technologies.

• Understanding of web application development, browser compatibility, and performance optimization.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

• Good visual design sense and attention to detail.

Good to Have

• Experience with native, hybrid, or Progressive Web Application (PWA) development.

• Familiarity with modern build tools such as Vite, Webpack, Rollup, or esbuild.

• Experience with CSS frameworks and styling solutions such as Tailwind CSS, Sass/SCSS, or styled-components.

• Knowledge of UI/UX design, wireframing, and mockup creation.

• Experience with analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.

• Contributions to open-source projects or experience maintaining reusable frontend libraries.
