We are seeking a qualified and experienced Director to oversee the overall business operations and strategic development of our massage, foot reflexology and wellness services business in Singapore.

The successful candidate will be responsible for business planning, operational management, staff supervision, financial oversight, and business development to support the company’s sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement business strategies and operational plans to achieve the company’s business objectives.

2. Oversee the overall operations of the massage and foot reflexology business, ensuring efficient daily management.

3. Establish operational policies and procedures to maintain service quality and improve customer satisfaction.

4. Supervise management staff and coordinate workforce planning, recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.

5. Monitor financial performance, operating expenses, budgets, and business profitability.

6. Identify business development opportunities, develop marketing strategies, and establish relationships with business partners.

7. Review business performance and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

8. Ensure the company’s operations comply with applicable Singapore laws, employment regulations, and relevant licensing requirements.

9. Make strategic management decisions and report on business performance and development plans.

Job Requirements

1. Relevant experience in business management, service operations, retail management, or the wellness industry.

2. Strong leadership, strategic planning, and organisational skills.

3. Good financial management, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to oversee business operations, manage employees, and develop business strategies independently.
