Responsibilities
We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and motivated team member to join our dental clinic as a Dental Surgery Assistant (DSA).
This role mainly focuses assistance in clinical procedures. Training will be provided for suitable candidates. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude who enjoys working with people and being part of a supportive team environment.
DSA Duties
- Assist dentist during dental procedures when required
- Prepare and sterilize instruments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms
- Ensure proper infection control protocols are followed
Front Desk & Administrative Duties
- Welcome and assist patients professionally
- Register patients and manage appointments
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and enquiries
- Handle patient payments and issue receipts
- Maintain patient records and filing system
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments and treatments
- Assist with panel claim submissions and related documentation
- Ensure smooth daily clinic operations
- Assist in stock arrangement and inventory monitoring
Requirements
- Friendly, polite, and good communication skills
- Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn
- Able to work in a team environment
- Basic computer and social media skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience in dental clinic or healthcare field is an advantage
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Can communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Able to work on weekend & public holiday

Work Location: Klinik Pergigian Toothzy Cyberjaya
Clinic Operation Hours:
Monday to Friday : 10am - 7pm,
Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday :10am - 6pm
