Responsibilities
We are looking for a responsible and organized
Administrative Staff
to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle administrative tasks efficiently while maintaining a professional working environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle general administrative and clerical duties.
Prepare, organize, and maintain documents and records.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Assist with data entry and filing of company documents.
Support the purchasing, sales, and operations teams as needed.
Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.
Requirements
Minimum GCE N/O Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
Prior administrative experience is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
