We are looking for a passionate, caring and experienced Early Years Educator who shares our commitment to nurturing confident, capable and happy young learners.

What We Are Looking For

• ECDA L2 certification and eligibility to teach in Singapore.

• Strong understanding of early childhood development, educational theories and evidence-informed teaching practices.

• Ability to translate play-based, child-centred learning principles into meaningful classroom experiences.

• Experience supporting children with diverse learning abilities and developmental needs is highly desirable.

• Excellent spoken and written English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• A collaborative team player who values professional learning, reflection and continuous improvement.

• A warm, patient and respectful approach to working with children and families.

• Strong classroom management, observation, documentation and curriculum planning skills.
