Full Time Project Manager - Engineering- Construction Jobs, Salary up to MYR 10,000 in Syarikat Muhibah Perniagaan Dan Pembinaan Federal Territory - Maukerja

Job Responsibility

• To ensure construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• To oversee site team members and subcontractors, ensuring efficient and productive operations.
• To ensure adherence to safety practices and regulations on site, maintaining a safe working environment.
• To ensure compliance with internal QAQC standards through regular inspections and collaboration with internal Inspectors of Work.
• Set and monitor construction milestones, ensuring progress is tracked and any deviations are addressed promptly.
• To ensure effective management and utilisation of the construction budget, adhere to SOPs to optimise resources.
• Maintaining effective communication with stakeholders, including subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in construction project management, preferably having prior experience in infrastructure works and JPS related project(s)

Skills:

• Strong project management skills with a proven track record
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficient in construction management software and tools.
• Solid understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Ability to identify and mitigate risks effectively.
