About the Role
As a
Housekeeping Room Attendant
, you will be part of a high-performing housekeeping team at our portfolio, playing a pivotal role in ensuring guest satisfaction by providing a clean, comfortable, and inviting environment.
What You’ll Do
Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
Replenish guest amenities, towels, linens, and other supplies.
Handle laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing when required.
Dispose of waste properly and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Report maintenance issues, damages, and lost & found items promptly.
Follow cleaning schedules, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Maintain accurate housekeeping records and ensure keys are handled securely.
Respond to guest requests politely and professionally.
Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Assist with other duties assigned by the Housekeeping Manager.
Ideal Candidate
Prior housekeeping experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
Good attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
Able to manage time and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
Basic conversational English to communicate with guests and colleagues.
Positive attitude, a team player, and willing to learn.
Willing to work rotating shifts.
