Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of retail outlets, ensuring smooth operations and consistent brand standards
Manage retail staff, including manpower planning, scheduling, training and performance monitoring
Drive sales performance and monitor store KPIs to achieve business targets
Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment and stocktaking
Maintain store presentation, visual merchandising and customer service standards
Monitor operational costs and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability
Develop and implement SOPs to ensure consistency across all outlets
Support new store openings and retail expansion plans
Prepare regular sales and operational reports for management review
Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years experience in Retail Management
Experience with consumer electronics will be an added advantage
Salary: Up to S$5000
Working Hours: 5 days work week (44 hrs/week)
Working Location: Central
