Job Summary

You will prepare and cook food following standard operating procedures, manage kitchen operations and duties, fulfill orders timely and to quality standards, handle stock checking and inventory, and maintain hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to standard operating procedures to ensure consistent quality
• Manage kitchen operations by allocating duties to team members for smooth workflow
• Fulfill all orders promptly and meet expected quality standards for customer satisfaction
• Conduct stock checking, manage inventory levels, and place orders to maintain adequate supplies
• Maintain hygiene and housekeeping standards within the kitchen to ensure a clean and safe environment
• Store, prepare, and present food safely and hygienically to comply with health regulations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and wholesale buyers to support business growth
• Adapt to work night shifts, split shifts, and extra hours or weekends as required to meet operational needs
