Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities
1.ProductionPlanning
Prepare daily production schedules if needed
Monitor production progress against the plan.
Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Sales departments.
Adjust production schedules based on customer demand, machine availability, and material supply.
Ensure production orders are released on time.
2. Material Planning & Inventory Control
Monitor raw material, packaging material and Components (Pail & Can from SMPHY) stock levels.
Generate material requirement reports.
Coordinate with Purchasing and Sales for material replenishment.
Track inventory consumption and report shortages.
Assist in stock take and inventory reconciliation activities.
Assist on monthly cycle count and half yearly stock take activity.
3. Production Administration
Create and issue production work orders.
Collect Daily production report and send to Sales dept.
Collect Job sheets and Departmental Requestion form from Warehouse.
Updated OT requirement Form and prepare monthly OT report.
Issues Purchase Requested Form.
Prepare Packaging materials report, Metal component and tinplate movement report, stock aging report, scrap metal report, lacquer and compound usage report and copper wire usage report.
PPE, uniform, stationary order.
Maintain production records and filing systems.
4. Coordination and Communication
Liaise with Production Manager regarding production issues.
Liaise with Planning Manager regarding planning issues.
Coordinate the admin works related with Human Resources, Warehouse, Quality, Purchasing and Sales.
Qualifications / Experiences
1. GCE O Level/ NITEC
2. Proficient in Microsoft Excel
3. Minimum 5 years of work experience
4. Able to work additional hours when required.
5. Able to start work on short notice.
