Full Time SENIOR BACKEND DEVELOPER (JAVA) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 11,000 in Mindpec Solutions Selangor - Maukerja

Salary: Up to RM12,000 (Negotiable based on experience)

Job Responsibilities

• Focus on building and evolving AI agent teams to support automation development and product/project delivery.
• Integrate AI agents with existing microservices, backend systems, data platforms and messaging infrastructure.
• Design and implement multi-agent collaboration workflows, tools and standards to automate development tasks, including feature development and automated testing.
• Establish review and validation mechanisms to ensure AI-generated code meets quality, functional, performance and security standards.
• Implement code reviews, testing strategies, static analysis, performance reviews and security checks for AI-generated outputs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements, align technical interfaces and coordinate development priorities and deployment timelines.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on Java backend development experience.
• Practical experience with microservices, distributed systems and multi-data-source integration.
• Experience with JPA, MyBatis, JUnit and RESTful API development.
• Familiarity with Redis, Kafka, Oracle, MySQL and/or ClickHouse.
• Experience working with Oracle 11g/12c or other relational database management systems.
• Good SQL query writing and database management skills.
• Strong understanding of backend development and system integration.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to make appropriate technical decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong interest and experience in performance optimisation, including code, SQL queries, caching and messaging.
• Familiarity with AI development tools, IDE agents, code generation and automated refactoring assistants.
• Understanding of AI-assisted coding and multi-agent development workflows.
• Willingness to explore and adopt emerging AI technologies.
