Full Time AI Solution Architect - Leading Resources company Jobs, in PFCC Group - Maukerja

Our client is a leading global resources company at the forefront of asset optimization and industrial innovation. They are seeking an experienced AI Solution Architect with a strong specialization in AWS.

As their AI Solution Architect, you will lead the technical side of a high-impact Asset Performance Management (APM) discovery and design project. You will evaluate whether an AWS-based approach incorporating an AI-assisted intelligence layer built around AWS SageMaker (for machine learning) and AWS Bedrock (for generative AI) is the optimal path to enhance their existing vehicle and equipment maintenance prediction systems.

Working alongside a technical business analyst and a UX designer/researcher, you will bridge the gap between complex enterprise data systems and next-generation generative AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Discovery & Evaluation: Lead the technical discovery of the current APM environment (data sources, integrations, existing models, and constraints) and objectively evaluate AWS-based options against alternatives.
• Architecture Design: Architect the target solution, covering sensor and maintenance data ingestion, ML pipelines (training, deployment, monitoring), a GenAI-assisted insights layer, and integration with the existing application.
• Proof of Concept Leadership: Scope and lead the proof of concept (PoC), defining clear success measures and a robust build approach.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with business analysts and UX designers to ensure user research and core business requirements actively shape the technical design.
• Enterprise Governance: Address complex security, governance, responsible AI, and cost management requirements inherent in a large-scale enterprise environment.
• Stakeholder Communication: Document architecture decisions meticulously and communicate recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications:-

• Min 8 years of total IT experience, with at least 5+ years focusing on cloud architecture, solution design, or enterprise-scale implementations.
• Strong hands-on AI/ML, or ML platform architect with extensive delivery experience in large enterprise environments.
• Experience in using AWS SageMaker, generative AI design in Amazon Bedrock (RAG, agents, guardrails, and evaluation).
• Strong understanding in AWS data services and data pipeline design.
• Background in mining, resources, energy, or industrial are to have.
