The mission of the position is to lead quality management, CONQUAS execution, and Green Mark compliance for a major Data Centre development project in Singapore. The candidate will manage the Project Quality Plan (PQP), maintain high CONQUAS benchmarks, and drive sustainable construction standards to achieve BCA-IMDA Green Mark Platinum certification.

Job Responsibilities:

• Quality & CONQUAS Management: Establish and implement the PQP and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) in accordance with ISO 9001 standards. Lead site quality surveillance, mock-up reviews, and root-cause analyses to achieve high CONQUAS scores.
• Green Mark & Sustainability Oversight: Manage and document site compliance for BCA- IMDA Green Mark for Data Centers (GMDC) Platinum standards, supporting energy- efficiency targets and advanced M&E/liquid-cooling systems.
• Site Governance & Inspections: Conduct regular inspections alongside consultants, Superintending Officers, and clients. Review subcontractor shop drawings, method statements, and incoming material approvals.
• Commissioning & Handover Quality: Coordinate quality checks during Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT),and Integrated Systems Testing (IST) for critical facilities.

Job Requirement:

·  Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Science, or equivalent.

·  Certifications:

-  Certified CONQUAS Manager.

-  BCA Green Mark Accredited Professional (GMAP)

-   ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification is preferred.

·  Minimum 8–10 years of QA/QC experience in building construction, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.

·  Proven track record in greenfield Data Centers or mission-critical high-tech industrial developments.

·  Demonstrated experience meeting high CONQUAS performance targets and Green Mark Platinum standards.

· Key Skills:

- In-depth knowledge of local building codes, BCA CONQUAS guidelines, GMDC criteria, PUE metrics, and defect management tools. Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
