Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support daily accounting and finance operations by managing accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, payment processing, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Responsibilities
Manage accounts payable transactions to ensure timely and accurate payments to suppliers
Handle accounts receivable transactions by recording and tracking customer payments
Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts to support financial documentation
Process supplier invoices and arrange payments according to company policies
Monitor outstanding customer accounts and follow up to secure timely payments
Enter financial data accurately into accounting systems to maintain up-to-date records
Organize and maintain proper filing of accounting documents for easy retrieval and audit readiness
Support management by performing other assigned ad hoc accounting and administrative duties
