Responsibilities
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Therapist to join our growing healthcare team. You will work closely with Chiropractors and Physiotherapists to support patients through personalized rehabilitation, recovery, mobility, and wellness programs in a clinical retail setting.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with Chiropractors and Physiotherapists to deliver rehabilitation and wellness programs tailored to patients' needs.
Perform therapy techniques, stretching, and guided exercises to support patient recovery and overall wellbeing.
Educate patients on treatment plans, exercise routines, and lifestyle modifications to achieve optimal outcomes.
Monitor patients' progress and provide feedback to the clinical team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with patients by delivering excellent patient care and service.
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation and records.
Support marketing and business development initiatives, including workshops, events, roadshows, health talks, corporate outreach, and promotional campaigns.
Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance clinical knowledge and therapy skills.
Uphold professional standards, clinic protocols, and patient confidentiality at all times.
Requirements
Certificate or Diploma in Rehabilitation Therapy, Sports Science, Fitness & Health, or a related field.
Passion for rehabilitation, movement therapy, fitness, and helping people improve their quality of life.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and strong professional integrity.
