LOGISTICS COORDINATOR (MALAYSIA MARKET)

Location: 40 Penjuru Lane, Singapore

Role purpose:

Coordinate day-to-day logistics for Malaysia, starting with the wholesale outbound , ON KLCC opening (Mar 2027) and future MY concepts. Support the Shipping Officer on SG and MY shipments, so cargo arrives on time, documents are correct and costs are controlled.

Key responsibilities:

a) Malaysia operations

- Handle local shipping correspondence with MY forwarders, customs agents and 3PLs

- Follow up with the MY 3PL on inbound, outbound, inventory and SLA issues

- Coordinate store replenishment and deliveries for ON KLCC and future MY stores

-Coordinate with wholesale team for the outbound orders

b) Shipping support

- Support the Shipping Officer on sea, air and cross-border trucking shipments between SG and MY

- Prepare and check shipping documents (CIPL, BL/AWB, K1, permits) before cut-off times

- Track ETD/ETA and update stakeholders on delays

c) Freight cost & records

- Request forwarder quotations; verify freight, local and warehouse charges against quotations

- Submit invoices and supporting documents to Finance on time

- Maintain the MY shipment tracker and prepare weekly status reports

d) Inventory & project support

- Support MY cycle counts and stocktakes, and follow up on discrepancies

- Support MY new store opening logistics: opening stock, local delivery and replenishment set-up

- Support the wider team when required

Requirements:

- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business or a related field

- 1–3 years in shipping, freight forwarding or logistics coordination; fresh diploma holders with relevant internships are welcome

- Familiar with Malaysia customs (K1) and Incoterms (EXW, FOB)

- Proficient in Excel; ERP/WMS experience is an advantage

- Organised and responsive under tight cut-offs; clear written English (Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage)
