Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5–10 years of working experience in the retail industry.

• Previous experience in retail operations and team management is essential.

• Candidates from cookware, kitchenware, home appliances or electrical retail backgrounds are highly preferred.

• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good commercial awareness with the ability to drive sales and achieve business targets.

• Experience in inventory management, stock replenishment and visual merchandising.

• Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems will be an added advantage.

• Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Willing to work 6 days per week, including weekends, public holidays and rotational shifts.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily retail store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient management of the store, team and customers.

• Drive sales performance and achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.

• Lead, supervise, train and motivate the retail sales team to deliver excellent performance.

• Monitor store performance, including sales turnover, conversion rates and average basket size.

• Ensure excellent store presentation, visual merchandising, product displays and pricing accuracy.

• Manage stock availability, inventory control, replenishment and stock movement.

• Deliver excellent customer service and enhance the overall shopping experience.

• Coordinate with marketing and supply chain teams to support sales planning, stock availability and business performance.

• Monitor store security, safety procedures and cash handling practices.

• Identify opportunities to improve store operations, sales performance and customer satisfaction.
