Full Time Sales Manager (FinTech) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,000 in S4S DIGITAL SDN. BHD. Sabah - Maukerja

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets
• Identify and secure new business opportunities within the FinTech, banking, telecommunications and financial services industries.
• Drive sales and market adoption of S4S Digital's products and services, including eWallet, Mastercard, eWages, remittance, SIM cards and digital payment solutions.
• Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with corporate clients, government agencies, financial institutions and merchants.
• Lead sales presentations, commercial negotiations and business proposals.
• Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Monitor sales performance, market trends and business opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts and regular reports to Management.

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
• Experience in FinTech, Digital Payments, Banking or Financial Services is highly preferred
• Proven track record in B2B sales, corporate client acquisition and partnership development.
• Good understanding of eWallets, payment systems, prepaid cards and digital financial solutions.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
• Able to develop business networks and identify new market opportunities.
• Target-driven, proactive and willing to travel when required.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel when required.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
