Full Time E-Commerce Associate (New Media) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,000 in Wondfo Healthcare (Malaysia) Selangor - Maukerja

E-Commerce Associate (New Media/Digital Commerce) is responsible for driving online sales and brand engagement through social media platforms, live streaming, and marketplace management (Tiktok, TikTok Shop, XHS/Red Note, Google, Website CRM). Focus on content creation, audience engagement, and optimizing product visibility to increase conversions. Preferred experience related with Food Nutrition, Healthcare Wellness & Beauty Skincare Products.

Core Responsibilities & Scope

· Social Media & Content Management:

o Develop and execute content plans for TikTok, XHS/Red Note, Google, Website CRM

o Create short-form video content, including scripting, filming, and editing using tools like CapCut.

o Manage influencer/KOL partnerships and affiliate marketing campaigns to drive traffic.

· Live Stream Operations (Live Commerce):

o Plan and execute live selling sessions on TikTok Shop and Shopee.

o Liaise with live hosts and, in some cases, appear on screen to promote products.

· E-Commerce Platform Operations:

o Manage daily product listings, updating titles, descriptions, and images for SEO and appeal.

o Execute, monitor, and optimize marketing campaigns, including vouchers, bundles, and flash sales.

o Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams to ensure inventory accuracy during campaigns.

· Digital Marketing & Strategy: Developing and executing strategies to increase traffic and sales through SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media campaigns.

· Data Analysis & Performance Tracking:

o Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Gross Merchandise Value (GMV), conversion rates, and traffic sources.

o Analyze sales data to identify trends and adjust strategies for improved ROI.

· Customer Engagement:

o Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via chat, social media, and platforms to maintain high shop ratings.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
