Responsibilities
About the role
The Operations Assistant is responsible for planning and coordinating daily driver deployment, monitoring work orders, and ensuring smooth daily operations. This role involves managing operational systems, coordinating with multiple departments and stakeholders, and handling customer enquiries and service issues to ensure service delivery meets customer service level agreements.
Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate daily driver deployment for routine and ad hoc jobs
Monitor work orders and follow up on any unfulfilled or delayed jobs
Update Navision with relevant operational, driver, vehicle and customer information
Attend to customer enquiries, orders and service issues
Coordinate ground operations and manpower deployment to ensure smooth daily operations
To resolve operational issues promptly
Requirement
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
Responsible, diligent, willing to learn and a good team player
Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, based on operational requirements
This position operates on a 5.5-day work week
