Full Time Luxury Goods Appraiser (Japanese Speaking) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 5,200 in Eco Ring Singapore Pte. Ltd. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Eco Ring Singapore specialises in pre-owned luxury goods. We are looking for service-minded individuals to build a career in luxury goods authentication and valuation. You will work with luxury handbags, fine watches, jewellery and designer accessories while providing thoughtful and attentive customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assess the authenticity, condition and market value of luxury goods across various brands.
• Research resale prices, market demand and industry trends to support accurate valuations.
• Provide professional quotations and explain valuations clearly to customers.
• Deliver friendly, attentive service and build long-term customer relationships.
• Work with internal teams on pricing, purchasing and operational matters.
• Assist with other retail and operational duties as required.

Requirements

• Japanese language proficiency to use our Japanese training materials and internal learning portal; JLPT N4 or equivalent proficiency is preferred.
• Outgoing, positive and customer-focused, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in luxury goods and a strong willingness to learn.
• Comfortable engaging customers from different backgrounds and working in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work on weekends.
• No prior appraisal experience required; comprehensive training is provided.

Salary package

• Monthly salary package range: S$3,500–5,200.
• During the four-month probation period: S$3,500 per month.
• After completing probation: S$3,700 per month.
• After completing probation and passing the Appraisal Assessment: S$4,000 per month.
