Job Description
Responsibilities
Working Hours:
Mon, Wed, Thu: 7:00am–4:00pm
Tue, Fri: 7:00am–3:30pm
Key Roles
Patrol the school compound before, during, and after school hours
Maintain student discipline and orderliness during recess and lunch
Provide support to teachers in managing classes
Provide interim caretaking of students when necessary
Manage late-comers, attire checks, and hair checks
Serve as contact point for parents on student management issues
Assist Student Management Committee in preliminary investigations
Manage detention, suspension, and follow-up on non-compliant students
Resolve conflicts using Restorative Practice
Track and analyse late-coming data using Microsoft Office
Perform data entry and admin duties
Assist in school safety matters such as traffic direction
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Full GCE 'O' or 'N' Level Certificate or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Preferably 3 years' relevant experience
