Lead and manage warehouse and drumming operations to ensure accurate inventory control, safety compliance, and efficient daily workflows that maintain high productivity.
Responsibilities
Lead, train, and manage warehouse and drumming operators to perform safe and efficient operations
Plan and execute daily warehouse and drumming activities to maintain smooth workflow and high productivity
Manage inventory processes including cycle counts to ensure accuracy and availability of stock
Maintain storage and office areas to meet organizational standards for safety and cleanliness
Document work instructions and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Monitor and improve inventory management and productivity accuracy through effective oversight
