Our client, an established organization in Singapore, is seeking an experienced Compensation & Benefits professional to support the development, review and implementation of compensation policies and reward initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the review and implementation of compensation and benefits policies, frameworks and programmes.
• Conduct salary benchmarking, market analysis and compensation reviews to ensure competitive and equitable reward practices.
• Partner with HR stakeholders to provide advisory support on compensation-related matters.
• Undertake compensation analysis, modelling and simulations to support management recommendations and decision-making.
• Participate in C&B projects, including policy enhancements, process improvements and implementation of reward initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency and alignment of compensation practices across the organisation.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards.
• Good understanding of compensation frameworks, salary reviews and market benchmarking.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in large or complex organisations would be advantageous.
