Customer Delivery Manager – Cybersecurity

Singapore | Full-time | ~5+ years experience

We’re looking for someone who can keep customers happy, engineers moving, projects on track, and chaos under control.

If your idea of project management is updating a spreadsheet every Friday and asking everyone for their status…

This probably isn’t the job for you.

At Antarex, we need a Customer Delivery Manager who takes ownership after the deal is signed and stays close to the customer long after go-live.

You’ll be the person the customer trusts to say:

“Leave it with me. I’ll get it sorted.”

And then actually get it sorted.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll own the customer journey from:

Sales Handover → Kick-off → Deployment → UAT → Go-Live → BAU → What’s Next?

That means:

  • Being the main post-sales face of Antarex in Singapore
  • Running customer kick-offs, project meetings and service reviews
  • Keeping customers informed without drowning them in technical jargon
  • Coordinating our SOC, engineering, presales and operations teams
  • Working with partners and vendors across the region
  • Chasing actions before someone has to chase you
  • Spotting problems before they become escalations
  • Managing the occasional when something inevitably doesn’t go according to plan
  • Coordinating incidents, RCA discussions and follow-up actions
  • Making sure everyone knows who is doing what, by when
  • Staying involved after go-live and building long-term customer relationships

You’ll work across Antarex’s cybersecurity portfolio — managed security, SOC, SIEM/XDR, endpoint security, network intelligence, DDoS protection, threat intelligence, vulnerability management, incident response and more.

Don’t worry. We’re not expecting you to configure all of it.

But you should understand technology well enough to sit between a customer’s CISO, IT team and our engineers without getting lost in the conversation.

You’re probably a good fit if…

You have around 5+ years of experience in technology delivery, customer delivery, project management or service delivery.

More importantly:

  • You’re comfortable dealing with medium and large enterprise customers.
  • You communicate extremely well.
  • You can explain technical problems in normal human language.
  • You’re organised without being bureaucratic.
  • You’re comfortable pushing both customers and our own teams when something needs to move.
  • You don’t hide when a project gets difficult.
  • You can manage multiple customers without losing track of commitments.
  • You naturally take ownership instead of saying, “That’s not my responsibility.”
  • You’re based in Singapore and comfortable working with regional teams.

Cybersecurity experience is a big plus.

Telco experience? Even better.

PMP / PRINCE2 / ITIL certificates are nice to have, but we’re much more interested in what you’ve actually delivered.

How we’ll measure you

Not by the number of PowerPoint slides you produce.

Not by how colourful your project tracker is.

And definitely not by how many meetings you schedule.

We’ll care about whether:

Customers trust you. Projects move. Problems get solved. Our teams know what needs to happen. Customers know what’s happening. And nobody needs to ask, “Who’s actually owning this?”

Who is Antarex?

We’re a cybersecurity company building and operating security solutions for enterprises and telecommunications providers.

We combine cybersecurity technology, engineering and 24×7 security operations to solve real-world security problems across the region.

We’re growing — and as our customer base grows, we need someone in Singapore who can become the bridge between our customers and the people inside Antarex making things happen.

One last thing.

We’re not looking for someone who says:

“I’ve sent an email and I’m waiting for them to reply.”

We’re looking for someone who asks:

“They haven’t replied. What’s Plan B?”

If that sounds like you, we should talk.
