We’re Hiring: Customer & Partner Support Lead

TTDI | Full-time | Office-based

At ServAuto, we work with a growing network of partner workshops to deliver reliable, hassle-free car servicing to our customers. We’re looking for a Customer & Partner Support Lead to be the go-to person who keeps our partner network running smoothly every day.

If you enjoy solving problems on the spot, building strong partner relationships and keeping operations on track, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

Be the main point of contact for partner workshops and resolve their day-to-day queries quickly and accurately

Coordinate rescheduling, stock checks and cancellations between partners, customer service and customers

Track partner payments and work with Finance so partners are paid accurately and on time

Find and onboard temporary partners when an outlet runs into capacity or compliance issues

Manage back-end onboarding for new franchise and supply store partners: documentation, system setup and handover

Work with Marketing, Commercial and Finance to plan and announce new store openings

What We’re Looking For

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field

At least 3 years of experience in partner management, operations coordination or customer service

Experience in automotive, franchise or field-service businesses is a strong plus

Experience with payment tracking, reconciliation or vendor liaison

Comfortable handling partner onboarding and compliance documents

Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets; CRM or ERP experience is a bonus
